Meet the Directors

For more than twenty years, Phil and Cathy Brassfield have served the Lord in various ministry capacities. Having been raised in ministers' homes, they have been in and around the work of the Lord their whole lives.

Dr. Brassfield has pastored, served as Vice President of Central Christian University in Blytheville, Arkansas, and was President of Carolina Christian College and Seminary in North Augusta, South Carolina.

He currently leads Destiny Ministries, an apostolic ministry committed to church planting and developing Christian ministry globally, and Destiny Leadership Institute, focusing on training, coaching, and motivating leaders in five-fold ministry.

As a seminar and conference speaker, Phil addresses relevant issues confronting leaders in both the religious and secular arenas.

He has been a PromiseKeeper speaker as well as ministering in many of America’s fastest-growing churches. His message of grace, hope, and love, coupled with keen insight into life’s fundamental issues, has offered a light of God’s direction to many on their voyage of life.

Cathy holds degrees in Business and Biblical Studies, serves as an intercessor, and also manages the Destiny Business Office.

They are blessed with two grown children: Jordan and Drew.

The Apostolic Advisory Council

The Leaders who compose our Apostolic Advisory Counsel are powerful and influential leaders from around the nation. Each represents a different stream of anointing within the Body of Christ at large. They provide supervision, accountability, resource, and support for our Destiny family as well as the function of Scriptural Presbytery.

Pastors' Randy and Reneé Clark have carried with them a lifelong vision and dream of a great ministry he was to build in the heart of Southeast Texas. In 1983 that dream began to take shape as Randy and Renee`founded Triumph Church. With spirit and determination they began Triumph Church with a small group of hungry people that soon grew to become a thriving ministry with a growing membership currently exceeding 3000.

Under their direction Triumph has expanded to 4 locations serving both English and Spanish speaking people.

Bishop Jabò and Polly Green have served as Pastor Church Planter and Spiritual Father to many Christian Leaders around the world. He currently serves as Founding Pastor of Champion Life Centre, Formerly Spring Tabernacle in Spring, Texas. It is a growing fellowship he and his wife Polly planted almost thirty years ago. The church which ministers to well over a thousand each Sunday is poised to explode with growth in the subhurban Houston area.

Pastors Mike and Kathy are founders of Covenant Church in Carrollton, Texas, a church      they have pastored for over thirty-three years. Beginning with only a vision, Covenant Church and Covenant Church’s Spanish-language congregation, Mundo de Fe, have grown to over 15,000 members across 12 locations in the North Texas area. Pastor Mike continues to “follow the cloud” with intensity and vision as a Pastor, author, radio and television host. His best selling book, “God’s Law of First Things”, has been widely acclaimed for its revelation and insight into the necessity of putting God first in our lives - and the blessing that awaits those who do.
